To save you a long queue at the entrance, we offer several variants of day tickets (number of tickets is limited):
Day Tickets - from 10 am: With this ticket you can already enter the halls from 10.00 am and thus have the whole day to hunt for bargains and autographs.
Day Tickets - from 11 am: With this ticket you can bypass the first rush at 10.00 am and enter the halls from 11.00 am.
Day Tickets - from 1 am: With this ticket you can sleep in comfortably, enter the halls with a relaxed admission procedure from 1 pm and still have enough time to experience the festival.
Afternoon Ticket: You already have something planned for the day and can enter from 3 pm to let the day end at the festival.
Children up to their 9th birthday do not pay admission. Under 14s are only permitted to visit if accompanied by an adult. Children and young people up to their 16th birthday pay a reduced admission fee. We do not offer a student discount.
We recommend that you do not purchase tickets via secondary dealer platforms. You quickly pay enormously high prices there or acquire an invalid ticket. You can find more information about this here. Purchase your tickets only from our official ticket partner.
Cosplayers put an incredible amount of effort into their costumes. Please do not touch the cosplays without the permission of the wearer. The same goes for photos: always ask first. Visitors please read our Cosplay Respect Code beforehand.
Find out in our weapons regulation what is allowed and which cosplay you better leave at home. All weapons must go through our on-site weapons check. If you have questions about a specific cosplay project, we're happy to help via cosplay@zurichpopcon.ch.
There are dressing rooms on site that are available to all visitors. Jackets, bags and other personal items can be left for storage at the Messe Zürich checkroom for a fee.
We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination at our con! In such a case, please contact security or a ZURICH POP CON & Game Show volunteer immediately. Any case of (sexual) harassment will be punished with an expulsion from the festival grounds and, if necessary, a report to the police. All visitors: please note our Festival Respect Code.
You can get autographs and photos from the stars on both days of the festival, though there will be guests who are not on site each day. The exact schedules of each guest will be announced shortly before the con here.
At the festival there will be several stages and panel rooms with exciting talks, workshops and shows. The panel and stage program will be posted here before the con. Individual workshops and panels can be found here!
Yes. Toiltets accessible to wheelchairs are marked on the hall plan, as are the corresponding lifts. In addition, there is a fast line at the entrance for fast admission. Wheelchair users:inside and accompanying persons buy a standard ticket.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the festival, but must be registered in advance, providing appropriate proof.
The type of impairment is irrelevant for admission, but only fully trained assistance dogs will be admitted (assistance dogs in training or emotional support dogs will be rejected).
An application in advance is necessary, because it is not possible for us for organizational and safety reasons to check the eligibility of an assistance dog on site at the entrance. In addition, we would like to avoid unnecessary waiting times or discussions at the entrance by this procedure, which should be in the sense of the persons concerned and their dogs.
If the admission requirements are met, we will transmit a unique assistance dog admission code, which will ensure rapid admission at the designated entry gate at the event.
We would like to point out that humans and dogs will be exposed to a wide variety of non-ordinary stress factors (noise, lighting, public address system, bustle, high density of people) at the event.
There is a checkroom where clothes and bags can be deposited for a fee during normal opening hours. Our security is authorized to check bags and luggage at the entrance, as well as to perform other security checks.
Food may not be brought from outside onto the exhibition grounds. However, it has various food stalls (also with vegetarian and vegan offer) on site. Bringing food for babies and small children is possible.
At the festival, it can quickly get loud and crowded. Pets are therefore not allowed on the exhibition grounds. Unfortunately, dogs that fit into handbags or baskets must also stay at home. Exception: assistance dogs (see accessibility section).
No. It's best to take some cash with you. But you can pay at most stands with credit card and/or Twint. You will find an ATM directly to the right of the main entrance to Messe Zürich.
The prices at the stands are written in Swiss francs. Some merchants and the beverage stands also accept euros. The exchange rate is posted on site. The return money is paid out in CHF. Most booths also accept credit cards and/or TWINT.
Weekend tickets receive a festival bracelet at the entrance, valid for both days. If you have a day ticket, you will receive a re-entry ribbon at the exit, so you can come back to the festival later.
